Session Information
Title: Streamlining SLO Literacy for Ensembles
Description (Due to program constraints – maximum 350 characters allowed): Student Learning Objectives (SLO's) should support individual goals & targets. Fundamentals & Literacy are necessary - Assessing Music in a meaningful way is a challenge. This session explores how to leverage technology to document and track SLOs for your performance ensembles. Participants will learn how to use pre-built rhythm / music literacy quizzes & other tools from platforms on MusicFirst to establish baseline assessments, monitor progress, and gather data on student understanding.
